2007 – Registered as a pilot project under the NTA & NTB

2007 – First (ever) NTA level 1&2 trainees, were assessed

2011 – Signed first Grant Agreement with the MCA-N, with an intake of 60 trainees

2011 – First (ever) NTA Level 3 – Food Preparation trainees were assessed at NICE

2012 – NTA Registration

2013 – First (ever) level 3 – Food & beverage Operations trainees assessed at NICE

2015 – Re-accreditation with NTA and NQA as a vocational training provider

2016 -  SLA with SSC DF for 16 level 2 and 8 level 3 trainees

2017 -  Being awarded with a NTA capacity grant towards IT equipment, furniture and infrastructure 

2018 – 100% pass rate of the assessed level 3 trainees

- Re-accreditation with NTA and NQA as a vocational training provider where DA is accredited on its own and not anymore under the umbrella of NICE Restaurant
